Salon Etiquette

  1. Products are guaranteed and may be returned up to 30 days of purchase. Skin care and cosmetics may NOT be returned.
  2. Only ONE discount or coupon may be redeemed per guest, per visit.
  3. Coupons may not be combined with other offers.
  4. In an effort to minimize costs, payment with cash or check is preferred.
  5. LOST or STOLEN gift cards and/or Shades Cash, cannot be replaced.
  6. For the comfort of our clients, please make other arrangements for your children 12 and younger, unless they are receiving a service.
  7. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 1 week of the original service date to schedule a follow-up appointment with your technician, or owner of the salon.
